We work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through elaborate text descriptions and many high resolution photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. No car is perfect and any used vehicle can show signs of normal wear and blemishes. Please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all of the pictures closely. EBay buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle at our dealership before they bid or purchase. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions. We do our very best to describe everything about the vehicle as accurately as possible but we are not perfect either.

Your Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If this Great Vehicle is not exactly the way it was described in the ad or better, or if the eBay purchaser is not 100% satisfied after their physical inspection at our dealership, you do not have to purchase the vehicle. We will allow the eBay buyer up to 3 business days to physically inspect the vehicle at our dealership. You may cancel the eBay transaction in writing after your physical inspection with no negative feedback from or to either party. Serious bidders only. Non-Paying bidders will be given a negative un-paid strike against their eBay feedback record.

We require full payment by the close of the 3rd business day after the end of the eBay auction, preferably by bank to bank transfer or cash in person upon pickup. All checks must clear the bank before we can release the vehicle. All sales are final upon receipt and all money is non-refundable. If we have not received full payment within 3 business days we reserve the right to cancel the eBay transaction and sell the car to another customer.

We will store the car for the eBay buyer for up to 30 days after the final purchase at no charge. Beyond 30 days at our normal storage fees.

There is a $399 dealer administration fee charged on every vehicle sold. Georgia residents must pay 7% Georgia sales tax and a $36 title fee. We do not collect sales tax from out of state or International buyers. Out of state buyers pay $120 out of state title fee. International buyers pay $295 transfer fee plus $120 title fee.

Acceptable Payment Methods: Bank to Bank Transfers are preferred or Cash in person upon pickup. Checks must clear before the vehicle is released from our Dealership. We have found Bank to Bank Transfers to be easiest, quickest and Safest. they are very easy to do. We will gladly walk you through the process and we will reimburse you for your bank transfer fee.
